Fulfillment Policy – Nomadic Closer LLC

Nomadic Closer provides performance-based recruitment services for commission-only sales roles, specializing in placing qualified closers and setters with online businesses offering high-ticket products or services.

1. Service Description

Upon payment of the one-time $1,000 admin fee and completion of the onboarding steps (intake form and NDNCA agreement), Nomadic Closer begins the recruitment process to source candidates aligned with the client’s offer and requirements.

2. Delivery Timeline

Clients will receive a curated shortlist of vetted candidates ("Closer Cards") within 7–10 business days from onboarding completion. These include detailed candidate profiles with:

Name, experience, and close rate

Total revenue generated

Sales training history

Languages spoken and location

Intro video and availability

Clients can then schedule and conduct interviews with their preferred candidates.

3. Performance-Based Fee

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.A one-time admin fee of $1,000 USD is paid upfront.

A performance fee of 9% is charged on up to $100,000 in cash collected per placed closer (capped at $9,000).

For setters, the fee is 6% on up to $100,000 (capped at $6,000).

Performance fees are only invoiced after revenue is collected from a placed rep.

4. No Physical Shipping

All services are delivered digitally through email, secure portals, or virtual meetings. We do not ship or deliver physical products.

5. Return & Cancellation Policy

As we do not provide physical products, returns are not applicable. Clients may cancel recruitment services at any time; however, the $1,000 admin fee is non-refundable once the sourcing process has started.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for the admin fee once candidate sourcing begins. Performance fees are only billed after client revenue is generated, and thus are non-refundable once invoiced.
